This is a recipe inspired by the Old Tom Gin, but with a Oaxaca twist. Our GIN has a Gracias a Dios agave spirit as a base, macerated and distilled with 8 botanics. Then we age it in oak barrels for 3 months, where we add agave espadÃn juice to give it a sweet touch.
Notes - sweet, citric and smokey.
