OAXACA RECIPE

This is a recipe inspired by the diversity of our land: Oaxaca. We use our GAD agave spirit as the base, then we macerate the 8 botanics: juniper and 7 botanics from Oaxaca: avocado leaf, yerba santa, cacao and Oaxaca tangerine amongst others; then we make a triple distillation.

This is a Gin made with local ingredients as a homage to the diversity of our region. Notes - There is a balance between the avocado, yerba santa and the juniper with a final touch of agave.
